Frances B. Cassetty

Frances B. Cassetty was born on February 14, 1927 in Jackson County, TN and she passed away at Charter Senior Living of Hermitage on Friday, October 31, 2025 at the age of 98.

Frances was the daughter of John Leslie Blankenship and Letchie Mae Dixon Blankenship. She worked for the Jackson County Farm Services Agency until her retirement. She was a member of Wartrace Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy Lee Cassetty who passed away on April 11, 1999; brother, James Dixon Blankenship, sisters, Edna McCawley and Polly Murphy; son-in-law, Paul Huff.

Survived by: daughter Mattie Frances Cassetty Huff of Hermitage TN; Nieces: Gale Bartlett of Nashville TN, Jeanette Harris of Hermitage TN and Lisa (Eric) Swift of Greenbrier TN; Nephew: Richard (Lisa) Murphy of Adams TN.  Other relatives and friends also survive.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 11 am to 1 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson and Bro. Dan Huffines officiating. Burial will follow in Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery.
