Linda Warden

Age 78

Linda Jean Hall Warden was born on November 25, 1946 in Jackson County, TN and

she passed away at her residence in Rickman, TN on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at

the age of 78.


Linda was the daughter of Charlie Eldon Hall and Ada Eugene Sisco Hall. She was a

member of Richmond Chapel Church of Christ and later the Netherland Church of

Christ. On April 23,1966 she married Art Warden for a total of 59 years of marriage. Linda

was a bookkeeper for Warden Builders and a homemaker in life. Linda was a devoted

daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, Christian and friend.

She loved nothing more than to be surrounded by those she loved and who loved her.

She made a lasting impression on everyone she met and will missed by many.


She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, James Art "Fluty" Warden and her

brother, Percy Hall.


Survived by her husband, Art Warden; daughters Sonya (Greg) Fox of Cookeville TN

and Misty (Chris) Huddleston of Rickman TN; grandchildren: Perry (Kisha) Heady of

Rickman TN, Peyton Barlow of Gainesboro TN, Brady (Kylie) Huddleston of Knoxville

TN and Grayson Huddleston of Rickman TN; great grandchild Maelynn Heady of

Rickman TN;


Visitation will be on Thursday, October 2, 2025, 4-8 pm, Friday 4-8 pm and Saturday

10am to 1pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be

held on Saturday October 4, 2025 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper

Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Kaleb Bush and Bro. Matthew Scoggins officiating.

Burial will follow in Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery.


Pallbearers will be Chris Huddleston, Brady Huddleston, Grayson Huddleston, Perry

Heady, Peyton Barlow, Don Young, Greg Warden and Jim Ed Warden.


Memorial donations may be made to Jackson Smith Co. Youth Group by contacting the

funeral home.
