Raona Lee Nichol

Raona Lee Nichol was born on February 24, 1955, in Michigan and she passed away at St. Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the age of 70.

Raona was the daughter of Robert Nichol and Ruba "Ruby" Lee Lemasters Loftis. 

She was very selfless.  Raona was very creative and artistic in creating jewelry. She was the epitome of the cool mom.  She was always there for her sons and all their friends growing up.  She always stayed true to her word and was a good example for her sons. She loved her family and her friends and will be missed by all.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son: Kevin W. Proctor Jr.; sister: Linda Nichol; and brother: Ronnie Nichol.

Raona is survived by her sons: Jason Allen Nichol of Hilham, TN, Justin Lee (Christy Talley) Procter of Jamestown, TN,  Jeremiah J. (Amber) Proctor of Hilham, TN; brothers: Robert Nichol, Jr of Hilham, TN, Gary (Sandy) Nichol of Garden City, MI; sisters: Cheryl Nichol of MI, Debra (Melvin) Hammons of Gainesboro, TN; grandchildren: Chelsea Stacy of TN, Dayton of TN, Ethan of TN, Pheobe of TN, Piper of TN; and nephew and nieces: Tommy, Christopher, Rachel, Brittany, Lisa,of MI and James, of TN.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.  Once completed they will be posted.

In lieu of flowers, her family has requested memorial donations be made toward assisting with her funeral expenses.  Memorial donations may be made by contacting the business office of the funeral home.
